Michael Ilgner | Lessons Learned

The Impulse Network (formerly Sports Business Club at the University of St. Gallen) is a student-driven, not-for-profit movement founded to create impulses for change in the sports industry. Out of St. Gallen, we are committed to connecting political, business, cultural, and other leaders of society to drive change on a global and regional level.
With this format, we share a unique collection of insights about the top executives' take on the past twenty-one years of commercialization and professionalization in the sports industry. Under the guiding theme Lessons Learned, we aim to create a platform for intergenerational debates on the future of sport connecting digital formats with our physical conference, the Impulse Summit.
For our first episode, Benedikt Dunse and Tobias Meyer sat down with Michael Ilgner (Head of Global HR, Deutsche Bank) to talk about his lessons learned.
